Man.

I have tried to pre-order the CD multiple times now, with two different cards, and I still get declined due to not being able to process payment. And yes, I am in the US.

Anyone have any ideas?

if your billing is not in the US, even if your shipping is in the US then it won't work.

if you click on the top right encon logo and type "mcp" you get I think flynns voice saying "hey hey, the big master control program everyone has been talking about"
