[SOCIAL] [OT] Creative force
Let's share our creativity! (Call it reel, portfolio or vanity fair) :-)

I know, it is fully off topic, but usually ARGs bring together people with various abilities, interests and ideas - and that's the coolest thing about ARG.

So every ARG is also a brainstorming process, generating ideas, not only related to the story. I'm for example very happy about the "We must party"-T-shirt ideas you people had - everybody here has creative force!

I wonder, which creative skills, abilities or ideas you people have. So let's play a game: post here items of your creativity - your video, your music, your pictures, or textes, or something you're creating in your free time (beside of ARGs). It doesn't have to be connected to Super8, even better let's avoid Super8 mentions in this thread.

The rules:
* be nice
* be creative
* criticize, but don't offend
* avoid doubleposting
* avoid mention of Super8 and this ARG contents
* post your creativity: one item per post, so everybody could participate on creative dialog
* avoid in your critics words like "lame" or so - every work is unique
* everybody is creative, don't be shy Smile

What do you think?

I hope, it will help us to know each other better.
And who knows - it may inspire the PMs reading us to new twists in the story? Wink

Wow, people, you're really creative!

@flibble666
I like the light dimensions in your photos - I almost can hear the rocking sound, really powerfull. Do you make photos of concerts? Or of this band?

@Eleven72
Great video - especially the lamp at the end (with fixated sharpness, so these glas parts are disappearing in the background - I can watch it again and again Smile). Can't wait for your next films.

Thanx, Kosmo!

I sold a script ...
Sold two scripts, actually.

I only wish that I could make the movies!

For Your Dead Eyes: The Flesh failures
For Your Dead Eyes: United Fates

The first concerns the beginning of a Zombie Apocalypse, and takes place in the first three days. ... A small-town sheriff has to manage his loved ones (and neighbors) while dealing with a deadly plague that ensues after a massive solar flare wipes out Earth's satellite communications.

The second takes place four weeks later. ... Cities have been abandoned, and a group of twenty-somethings have taken over; making their city into a raucous night-club scene. The U.S. government, however, has been harvesting Zombies and dropping them into third world countries(!). Terror ensues when a bus full of "homeless" overturns, and all Hell breaks loose!

I wrote the second script in 1984. ... It floundered around for quite some time before I came up with the first one in 2005. The Flesh Failures sold in just eight days! The producers wanted to spend toooo much money on the project. I wanted it to be an homage to the 60's/70's style of film (Big, Bad, Momma/Butch Cassidy/Exorcist/Midnight Cowboy ... etc ...) They, on the other hand, wanted it to be a big budget Sci-Fi flick (blargh!)

Both scripts are still in turmoil; some stating that the Zombie-genre has gone stale(!) (*cough* Resident Evil *cough*) ... The names of my script has changed several times, and they have been combined (500RADS being the most recent).

I don't know where it will go from here Sad

Trust me, when the Zombie Apocalypse begins, I will keep you informed.
