Override rachel is odd. I was told 400831 was incorrect. And I know I input it in the correct box (containment) because it shows up in firefox's autocomplete menu.

Ah. I might have put what you had in, and messed it up in my post. No sure though. Thanks for confirming that school thing as I had no clue what it was talking about.

I'm sure you just made a little typing mistake.
But I probably messed up the school thing because I didn't fully understand it either. Embarassed

I think i misread- a school code is not the same as a facility code. which i honestly have no idea how to find unless you work there.

Thanks! I just had to go to the schools website and they had the facility numbers listed beside the scools in their directory.
