 		I'm taking it to mean 23 days, but it does sort of seem as though the operator symbol is functioning as the 24th tally mark, and there are 24 hours in a day.

But I'm not gonna make anything much of it.

It was a creepypasta that tried to turn into an ARG but failed at it about a dude getting a haunted Majora's Mask cartridge and uploading videos of the creepy-ass gameplay to youtube.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
eventually a link to download a text document was put on the guy's youtube; said document basically revealed that halfway through the dude had given up and run away and the ghost haunting the cartridge was the one who was actually uploading the last videos.
Story is here if you like zelda/care.

I think I' d actually prefer it to start on November 23rd, because around that time I'll be back at my house for thanksgiving and I am insane and would rather watch Marblehornets in the basement of my house in the woods late at night. Like old times. Like old times.

Hmm...maybe that picture made 11/23 seem too obvious and that's why they took it down. It's very calendar-like. However, the marks are in rows of 6, not 7.
