Well... Not much happened, so I'm assuming it's tonight. Which means I can sleep all day, catch Glee, and stay up again, working on my Slender-musical.

Am I the only one worried that they're just going to ask more questions this season. I got very frustrated last time with all the loose ends, all the questions with no answers. I'm gunning for some conclusion tonight. Obviously, I don't mean conclusion to the whole series, but some answers would be so so nice.

For some reason I thought yesterday was the 23rd and I was dissappointed we got no MH update. Now I'm just happy that I'm such a retard that I can't interpret a calendar correctly.

In other news, consider this: Marble Hornets started last year when Troy said, "dude, I'm'a make some videos. Joseph, wanna do this thing?" and then he made a bunch of videos. This year, they've said that they're actually working on story and stuff. Whether or not that leads to more questions, I think that you have to take them at their word that some things are going to get resolved even as new questions are brought forward. That's what writing stories is about, you know? Even if they are still doing the filming and editing at the very last moment before they release things, they have put some thought into where they want this to go. It proooobably won't be six entries of the Operator running through kid's parks and Alex tearing up paper.

So far as I have seen, the MH fellas are excellent at keeping up with what fans want, but are solid enough to go their own direction with it instead of falling to fan-dumb decay. So, as we've seen so far, there will be more Masky (TTA, whatever.) Alex will probably show up some time soon. We'll probably get a hazy glimpse into the last few months. When they pull out the Operator, they're probably going to to their best to make sure that it's scary as fuck and not shitty as fuck.

That said, Tribe Twelve's tentacles? Fuck'em. They're easy to create, just tedious: you take footage that you want tentacles in, and you upload it to After Effects or Toon Boom or even Photoshop. You paint in the tentacles frame by frame, and you put it back together. If you're clever, you figure out how to place a light-source so that it matches the raw footage and add that to your paintings so that they look consistent with the rest of the video.

Voila: cheap special effects. XD
