 		Like I said, how could Jay be ToTheArk? He wasn't losing any sleep or having memory losses when ToTheArk first showed up, and he would have had to be losing massive amounts of time to edit all of those videos together.

Why would Masky want Jay to lead him, yet attack him randomly? And stalk him in his house?

It sure is redundant, but I'm happy to see all of these trout-based revelations are happening in this thread and not all over the MH forum... it's kind of a nice change of pace, actually.

Just because Jay is not appearing to lose any sleep at the time that ToTheArk appears does not mean that he has not suffered from these symptoms in the past. Part of the mystery of Season 1 was that Jay was finding tapes in which he did not remember being there (#17 and #20, for example); I feel that part of the purpose of the first season around #26 was to cast doubt on how removed from the action Jay was this entire time. He plays the part of the explorer turned victim, but they do cast doubt on his innocence in #26 (the skull-like mask that appears on that tape makes me think that if Tim isn't behind it, Jay might be.) and in the video Exit, in which it seems as though Alex is filming Jay carefully, as if he does not trust him and wants to be sure of what he's doing. (I'm going on the assumption that the videos that ToTheArk posted are part of Alex's stash, rather than a separate group of tapes that ToTheArk had been filming, himself.)

This isn't saying that Jay is fer shur ToTheArk, but what I'm trying to get across is that some of the content of ToTheArk's replies could have been created when Jay is influenced three (now four) years ago. It could be that Tim is trying to bring Jay back to the dark side throughout the first season, and Jay doesn't realize that he was ever there to begin with.

We might see that in Season 2, Jay's had a revelation and that part of what we're going to see is how he was brought to such. In any case, While #23 does have significance in a number of ways, I'm of the belief that the first video of the new season will come out on around November 23rd. TTA pulled the same shenanigans off when he posted this text message to Jay -- clearly we saw 4/18/10 and we wound up getting a video at about that time. I would say, keep your eyes peeled for a video entry sometime really late on November 23rd.

Also, for those wondering about stenography, kudos for going that deep into it! I don't think that the guys behind Marble Hornets are so interested in making such complicated puzzles, though, given what we've seen in the past. Unless TTA is really bored and fucking with us, most of his puzzling behavior has been aimed at Jay, to keep him moving.

I just saw this picture and someone on reddit mentioned if the letters are put upside down it spells "Wake Up". I'm excited, it seems like they're really gearing up to "wake up" the series again.

So, was the 23 thing the number of days until a new video, like I originally had thought? Is there really going to be new content in 7 days?!

 		I don't see a problem with having a Marble Hornets update thread here in the Slender Man Mythos section. I mean it's still part of the Slender Man Mythos and it helps keep everyone who just checks here (since the MH section feels more like archives than updates) up to date.
