Well if you like puzzles and shooters the Metroid Prime Trilogy is great, if you like slash'em ups Muramasa the Demon blade is fantastic. Mario Galaxy is really good, and the sequel is even better. Zelda is of course Zelda. There's a new Kirby, and of course you can download retro games that you should already know about... lord I need a life outside of work and gaming...

Fair warning about Other M, its gotten some fairly polarized reviews, so if you're gonna gamefly it, I'd go with that before buying it. Prime 3 is good, though I'm one of the crazies that really liked the second one better. If you haven't, you NEED to play Super Metroid on SNES though, that thing is a gem.

I just started playing Zelda. Right now I'm playing that and Super Mario Bros. I'll look into Mario Galaxy.
The only video game I was ever really super into growing up was the Tony Hawk series. And Diddy Kong Racing, I was obsessed with that when I was younger.

I had an idea for an avatar. It's a no-brainer, really. Now I just need to find reasons to post.

^I second that. Don't buy M:OM first, rent it. It's a fairly short game anyway and there's not much replay value. The Prime Trilogy is a much better deal; 50$ (if you can find it) for three games.

EDIT: God damn it! No matter what I do it keeps saying the URL's are invalid! What does that even mean!? D:

Prime Trilogy is FUCKING INCREDIBLE. The best thing that Nintendo has ever released.

off off topic- is it just me, or is a pretty fair proportion of this group female? Well, for an online community, it seems so to me.

It must be the beard.
