 		I did the other proposal lovie. This cements it down that fic was so good, so good. I live in Florida we could go a little more south and the cold except for maybe the 50's would be a myth.

we wouldn't have to STAY there. but same-sex marriage is legal there. O.o i don't trust the states that currently allow it.

I dont think they could do that.. if you do something when it's legal, they can't rightfully punish you for it after they make it illegal.

California came close. It had to go to court to be determined whether or not the marriages performed while it was legal were still valid. Kamen's right about the punishment part, but this wouldn't be a "punishment," it would be an invalidation of a legal contract.

...My undergrad was in political science. >.>
