Nah, sorry i'm not generally clear. I wasn't actually aiming at anything when i told my story. (other then maybe 'cool story bro'.)

But when someone says they felt like crying and throwing up.. The part of my brain that's occupied by pop culture, cliche lines, and injokes has to toss out 'My work here is done". And then i tacked a little on.. i'm really not sure why.

Sidenote: maybe i did have a bit of an ulterior motive with that story. I'm pretty sure I see the rake if a slightly different light then most of you, so.. my description of how i heard someone speak in what i think was the perfect rake voice was probably my attempt at showcasing my rake. Not so much an animal, as an abomination.

As a sudden wind made the boughs moan with their unholy weight, a shrill ringing cut through the fog. He tilted his head and slowly turned to face the noise. The tinny bells continued, calling out to him, and he dissolved through the mist to the battered booth at the edge of the park.

Intrigued, as he often was by humans and their devices, he raised a pale hand to the receiver. He held it before his smooth blank face, waiting. He was so good at waiting, waiting for the tension to mount, waiting for the perfect moment of agonizing final release.

A voice crackled from the phone. "wut r u doing wit my daughter?"

The fog grew heavy as the Slender Man grew another three inches, his exquisitely tailored cuffs never revealing even a hint of ankle. He tilted his head again, intrigued, aroused.

"wut r u doing wit my daughter?"

He gripped the receiver tightly as delicate tentacles sprang from his back, soft then tendrils of shadow that began to explore the holes in the lightly buzzing mouthpiece.

"wut..." An explosion of static and garbled sound burst from the receiver; the fog grew heavy, thick as milk.

"wut? wut?" Slender Man's tentacles explored the cold black plastic, stroking the hard dewy mouthpiece, gently prodding inside the holes.

"wut? wuuuuut r u dooooooing?"

His head began its dance as he approached the end of his control, tilting ever faster from side to side, throbbing as his tension rose.

He began probing the mouthpiece more deeply, faster, bursts of static interrupted by Phone's sounds of ecstasy.

"wut wut wut wut doooooooooooooooooooooooo!"

There was a final burst of white noise, and a click. The world hung for an eternal moment of stasis, all silence and fog and Slender Man's trembling pleasure. As must all things, the bliss ended as the harsh buzz of a dial tone broke the silence. The mists drifted away and, with a regretful tilt of his head, Slender Man replaced the receiver in its cradle. He shifted back into the woods to check the hanging bags one last time, but he was spent and exhausted for the evening. He would move on, as he always did, and stalk more conquests. He would continue as he had always done, but he would never forget the chance meeting with the lover who was Phone.
