 		I don't think it was meant to even show evan has a problem with homosexuality or anything like that. (given the comment he makes at the end of alex. I don't think true homophobes can even joke like that).

I think it was more just to show he's rough around the edges. He's got a great personality, but doesn't understand technology, is more then a little crazy. May be a time traveling rabbit-crucifer. and sometimes uses offensive terms.

I doubt they planned that line out in advance. It was probably just a lack of thought on Evan's part. When you grow up with people saying that kind of stuff around you, it becomes commonplace, and you forget that it's a derogatory term towards a specific group of people and that it's hurtful. this might be true, I honestly have not seen the video, I just think people should always treat these people as characters and realize their individual traits. Evan has always had the most foul tounge out of all of the guys.

 		Well I only watched the video once but, it wasn't the word or anything (God knows I use slang a lot myself) but it was the so called quote someone had on youtube. Totally taken out of context and yeah, now I kinda look like a d-bag lol

Yeah my bad choice of words. I just meant that a lot of the time having polite political correct characters is just boring.

 		I honestly didn't hear Evan's remark. I'll go re watch it now lol. I don't think he meant it offensively at all tbh. All my friends joke around calling each other names. I'm bi and get called all sorts by my friends for it but I take it with a pinch of salt..........a slice of lemon and a shot of tequila. Very Happy

Don't worry
being offended doesn't make you a d-bad (I forget can I swear on this forum?) offending people for the sake of offending people makes you a d-bag.

The worst you have to worry about is appearing a bit too touchy but I still wouldn't worry about that since you weren't like "Evan said a bad thing about gay people, 1 star would not watch again."

.. I have two combichrist CDs. Personally, i prefer LaPlegua's other projects. Anyway, now i don't even understand how you posted that his comment lowered your opinion of the series.

I don't think you were being a d-bag at all. I think it's personal preference. I can see why it'd be off putting to some people but I think it's just the way they interact with each other. I don't think I've ever been a day without insulting one of my friends and vice versa lol.
