So in the latest video update, an e-mail was given:

As well as an "application" of sorts (image attached). Hybrids who submitted their applications began receiving responses around Page 750 of the discussion thread, welcoming them into the game and designating them a number.

Around 11:00PM PST a phantom tweet went out:

This has caused some people to speculate over what the exact criteria might be to get accepted into the "tournament", but at this point in time we are assuming that this was simply due to some over-excitable types failing to fill out the application.

CURRENT THEORIES ARE THUS:

Evan is definitely dealing with a personality disorder of some kind, maybe even possession. The nature of his "argument" in the latest video update and the language used seem to make him the prime suspect now for being our phantom tweeter.
