Fuck. Slender Man is Josh's father.

Ohgawd. Slendy would make a great dad.

I'm pretty sure Josh mentioned somewhere that he figured that the Dweller was just using his knowledge of his family to get his attention, though.

I acknowledge that it isn't probable, and I don't actually hold to that theory, but following the lines of the theory that you posted (Slender Man being the offspring of an angel), then it actually makes sense.

I don't see where you are drawing the lines here...

Okay, the 'Angel' in 'Angel's Game' is thought, by Josh at least, to refer to his grandmother, with the game referring to an old game she always used to play. If, by your theory, Slender Man is the offspring of an Angel, it would be logical to assume, at first, that Slender Man would be the offspring of a plot important Angel. The only 'Angel' that has even been relevant to the plot at all has been Josh's grandmother. Therefore, it's most likely that Slender Man is the offspring of Josh's grandmother, and therefore, is either his father or his uncle.

Yes, the theory I'm proposing has holes. It's also complete bullshit, and a joke. Point being, I found the idea of Slender Man pulling a Darth Vader-esque 'I am your father' line hilarious, and I was able to find a line of logic from your theory that made is so I could joke about Slendy being Josh's father.

The Slendy = Darth Vader joke only gets more interesting when you remember Vader wanted Luke to join him...

I'm starting to feel really bad for Spencer (that's the new guy's name, right?). One day you're just chillin' with your friends at the park but then the next day you're trapped in some tool shed with your buds being chased/taunted/tormented by a faceless dude.

Who do you think Masky is?

@Shiawase: It's Stephen, but I agree.

Now, am I the only one who realized that there is absolutely no logical way for them to be able to upload the videos? Meaning that either someone is supernaturally uploading them, or that they happened in the past, and someone is uploading them as they are (Hidden, with delays between them) for some reason?

Possibly the same person who's been posting on Josh's twitter?

I hate to double post, but....

New video.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=boIr8juT0R4

After watching it, we've got some serious shit to discuss.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
We've got a dead body who may or may not be Nathan, we have trees that have been damaged, we've got the :> symbol carved into a tree, and we've got a Slender Man sighting where Austin seems to think it's a good idea to attack him.

Evan would be proud.

:/ this one felt like it was based directly off EMH. [okay, more like a blatant ripoff.] Evan may be proud, but I am disappoint. Still, good to see things moving along.

Wow um ok, how is purposely searching after slendy for the sole purpose OF attacking him a ripoff? If you are going to make that comment, I can start making comments how every series is ripping off everyone else, and I love the other series, so think about it before you go off declaring stuff like that, seriously >.>

Playing devil's advocate here, but they weren't looking for Slendy. They were trying to get home, by cutting through the woods. Then they found Slendy, and Austin went rage then got owned.

Edit: Of course, this wasn't a blatant ripoff of EMH, in my opinion. It may or may not have been influenced by it, and definitely resembles it, but it was not exactly like it, and the situation is different enough for it to be okay in my book. Besides, creepy faceless dude who's been fucking with you for a while, a logical response to seeing him would be to try to kill or hurt him.

@JustJim: Following the theory that Josh is also the :> guy, this would definitely make sense.

The difference is that they actually show Slendy (with his classy-ass hat) actually taking care of business. It's a shame they couldn't make him taller, though.

With them constantly going back to the shot of the :> tree and the whacking sound, I think it's a pretty safe bet that Josh killed whoever the body was (or at least was present, maybe helping), and that shot was when it was happening.

Dead body in the woods. Seeing Slendy while in the woods. Someone goes attacking him. Guy getting pwnd by Slendy. It feels very EMH to me. That's just my observations.
