I can't believe how crazy Josh is in that video. He's a blubbering mess. Hope they don't take too long to show us what's on the camera.

Be interesting to see if this is an episodic thing or whether he's this way all the time at the moment. I'd guess it comes and goes, because there's no way he'd have been able to get himself to school in that state.

Well, actually, Slendy could have dropped him off in the jeep and left him there to stumble in. Either way, it's going to be interesting. There's no way Josh can even remotely function in that state. Even if it is an intermittent thing, sooner or later people are going to notice that there's something really wrong with him, and the guys really don't want the scrutiny that'll come with that.

I mean, think about what you'd do if you were their principal or guidance counsellor and you'd learned that these three students had been hanging out together a lot doing something secretive that they won't explain to anyone else in terms that make sense. All of them are displaying fairly extreme personality changes - Josh to the point where he really can't be expected to take care of himself in the state he's in - and they've shown a tendency to disappear for varying periods of time.

You'd call the cops and get drug tests done on the spot.

The Facebook Video:
It is 6 seconds long, called BEEP. (Well, BEEP [HQ] but I assume that's a quality thing.) The first time it was posted, it came with the FB message:

"TICKTOCK
Time to play."


The first shot is very brief, with the picture of Baghead as you can see in the above. It's also now UnWilling Watcher's profile pic. He's inside; there are 4 visible overhead fluorescent lights, like in a school/basement/office. He is wearing a red tie, with a bag on his head, and his arms appear to be behind his back, imho. The saturation and contrast are way up, so it's hard to see what is behind him. A TV? Some orange rope thing? Light on a wall?

After a few frames, less than a second, it cuts to a kid (and I reveal my age here, because everyone else can tell it's Nathan, but he just looks so FREAKING young) in the woods. He's far away, and we're looking at him from behind some bare branches. He doesn't seem to notice us. He's sitting cross legged under a tree, looking around, somewhat nervously (maybe). The contrast and saturation are up high again here, so the only colors are red, orange, yellow, white and black. If Bagman/Slendy/Whoever is in this shot, I can't see it, but I've missed more obvious things.

Then the screen cuts to black with some obvious artefacts and corruption in several different patches. I can't see any obvious message there?

The sound sounds like wind against a mic, that sort of low whhhuuuumm sound. There are three distinct tiny beeps, like static blips. The noise you make when a tape skips. I know I've heard the sound before, but I can't place it. Since it's six second long and there are three regular beeps.. One every two seconds?

There were 19 of the 24 of UnWilling Watcher's friends tagged in it, myself included.

I don't know what we're supposed to get from this. Is Nathan still alive? Was this taken from before he was killed?

Anyone can see the twitpic video, but it reveals a few things:
1) Josh is talking to Alana for the first time in a week, and she's pissed he's been ignoring her.
2) He's talking in a way that she finds is weird.
3) He looks or is acting different, enough that Alana asks if he's okay. However, he's not a blubbering mess, seems pretty cool and collected, if someone.. detached.


Any thoughts/corrections?

@anerisinaction: you've got it about right.

when it comes to Alana's response to how Josh speaks, it was revealed to the FB chat group that the Dweller is basically impersonating Josh as best he can to keep people from being suspicious. i will try to find my log of that chat, clean it, and get it posted ASAP, along with my other chat logs. (i've been sick, so converting and cleaning them has not been top priority.)

i'll have to watch both videos again, as i was watching them at about 3:30am my time this morning... not a great time to have the audio way up to catch nuances.
