Just did a quick summary of what has been done so far. Gonna go do a physical comparison of printouts with my poster:

Summary:
1. Puzzle on flynnlives.com post picture leads to: www.arcadeaid.com/bonuslevel/
/ + BONE + S + LEVEL = bonuslevel
2. 9 PDF files include one game puzzle from arcade and a circle that leads to another game puzzle.
LIST:
1 #93 Space Duel - #88 50 Cent Bulletproof
2 #57 Left 4 Dead - #4 Homerun
3 #106 Break Out - #131 Pool Shark
4 #104 Altered Beast - #64 Operation Wolf
5 #121 Devil Dive - #144 Prey
6 #65 Pipe Dreams - #84 Chu Chu Rocket
7 #19 Dragon Ball Z - #5 720
8 #2 Outrun - #25 Tiger Heli
9 #86 Dynamite Cop - #108 Excitebike

Some deduced information:
1. Games on right side of list, first letter acronym: 5HPOPC7TE or FHPOPCSTE (first letter of the numbers)
2. Same for games on left side: EETBEBEEDIIAEOUUOE
3. Game Years:
50 cent bulletproof - 2005
pool shark - 1977
operation wolf - 1987
prey - 2006
chu chu rocket - 1999
720 - 1986
tiger heli - 1985
excite bike - 1984
Homerun - ???
4. Doing subtraction from first game # to second yields:
5
53
-25
40
-23
-19
14
-23
-22

Tried so far:
1. Entering names in place of the other on the arcadeaid site
2. Entering 5HPOPC7TE on Flynn Lives and Arcade Aid and helloflynn
3. doesn't appear to be ascii, hex, or oct, or html code
4. No change in shipping codes on Dumont Shipping
5. Based on Game # corresponding to a letter in the game title:

88 - uu: 50 CENT BULLETPROOF (NN if you spell FIFTY)
4 - e: HOME RUN
131 - pop: POOL SHARK
64 - tr: OPERATION WOLF
144 - pyy: PREY
84 - oc: CHU CHU ROCKET
5 - n: (used seven twenty not 720) SEVEN TWENTY
25 - ir: TIGER HELI
108 - ei: (used 10 & '8') EXCITE BIKE

UUEPOPTRPYYOCNIREI
6. overlaid the circles and then tried flipping the image.
7. First letters of the games leads to:
C HU CHU ROCKET
H OME RUN
O PERATION WOLF
P OOL SHARK
P REY
E XCITE BIKE
D RAGONS LAIR
5 0 CENT BULLETPROOF
www.chopped57.com - though should be Tiger Heli, not Dragon's Lair. No apparent clues on the site.

The printout matches the size of the image on the poster PERFECTLY. Running them all now.

This CHOPPED5 thing is way too beautiful to be accidental.

Oops, I didn't mean that website. I think that website is a red herring- I just was remarking on what an odd coincidence that rearrangement was.

Again...
Not an IG site!
I substituted "Dragon's Lair" for "Tiger Heli" in a boneheaded SNAFU.

Robbie, I'm goign to try to duplicate what you did, just to confirm. I don't want another encomgames.jp all over again where we ended up needing a hint because the incoming data was too much garbage.

Go for it. I'm pretty confident, but I don't want people to take my word for it and I definitely don't want to be the reason we go down the wrong path. If I made a mistake, please correct it!

Again, I think that pool shark should be tetris. Could you double check that one?

I just printed the pdf for #3 at 100% with no scaling, etc, and can confirm on my poster that it is Pool shark.

I still believe the pins are a factor here. They mention them on the fl.com main page that starts this whole new puzzle.

I'm taking pictures of the poster to PDF comparison right now. Follow twitter to get the images immediately:

www.twitter.com/eolith

They might come out oriented funny as the camera interprets my orientation:
#1 Space Duel: http://yfrog.com/edlucigj

I'm using a X-acto knife to remove the inside of the circle and remove the game image so I get the orientation as accurate as possible.

Running a Caesar Bruteforce on both FHPOPCSTE and 5HPOPC7TE gives nothing. (I tried every ROT of both)

I am liking the Work of Clu acronym...no idea where to put it though...That HAS to be too much a coincidence to ignore.

I'm thinking this is going to lead to a helloflynn.com code. Think about it, helloflynn codes are 12 characters, we have 9 clues and 3 pins that were clues (the guard doesn't count)

12!
