Just noticed.

Possibly a clue..? The voice only seems to talk when Flynn makes a pause, however slight

It's a little garbled though.

Edit: It only seems to be in the landscape.evolution file. Couldn't hear it in the book tour one.

Arpa.net was the first internet project of sending packets of information across the U.S.

It was originally called Darpanet when the gov't was running it.

That is all I know about that.

 		I think he's just giving a speech somewhere, the way he is speaking indicates such and since the book website his theories are taught at colleges I'd say he's probably giving a talk at a college. I know every talk I went to in college had people murmuring.


Also, can someone posted the code for the chapter excerpts from July? I don't have that in my que on helloflynn.
