Exactly... I mean I have a couple of theories... For example... Why did they specifically mention the lines on the sketch... or why would they provide us with the measurement scales of the sketches... I'm in class right now, so I can't really focus on this theory, but those are just a couple of ideas.

I keep looking at the line of pipes right above the four circles. it almost looks like a number sequence to me, but I can't suss it out

Just a thought
This wasn't really a new trail. I mean, the URL that set all this off at ArcadeAid was called bonuslevel. So, consider it a bonus. We got a bunch more back story in the form of images/sounds/video. It all kinda fits as a denouement to this stage of the game. It's clearly not over, as Mako's audio thing should be coming shortly.

But good work sussing out all the trail stuff. Would have been nice for achievements for more Hello Flynn codes, but that hasn't been the MO. It's mostly just been used to give us neat files.

So there is five pillars, (trying to disect the image...

what if the circles pointed the way to somewhere on a map or....

i keep flashing back to the solar image since the center of the building looks like the solar image

....and...wait since weve been mentioning the lines...or how jordan drew them...

would you need to fold the building...into another image? like print out the building, fold it with the major divisions and see if its a guide??

im @ work, but i cannot do this at the moment.
