If you're really, REALLY bored and want to read some bad SM
Ground Control to Mary Sue

So, M. from GetUpHigh hasn't seemed to post too much, but his blog still has a lot of people posting, one being "SamJaz." SamJaz has his own slender blog, and would like you to post on it.

http://jardsam.blogspot.com/

He's learned how to fight Slender Man: Slender man is tree-like, and axes bring down trees, therefore, slender man can be killed by axes. We can only imagine what threat a juggalo poses to SM.

SamJaz has tried this on slender man, cut off one of his arms (Beowulf-style) and then ate the flesh from the arm. (Oh, and then made swords from the bones, but they weren't as effective as an axe in later battles.) Now, SamJaz has super slender powers!

In a subsequent fight, SamJaz fought SM again, and made him his slave! Samjaz then renamed Slender Man "Breaker." By reading Breaker's mind, SamJaz discovered that there are in fact multiple Slender Men, which explains why different people have different SM experiences.

You know, just reading the paragraphs above, this could have been really good. You can even make connections to mythology and classic literature; SamJaz's eating of Slender Man's arm is somewhat like Loki eating the witches heart. But it's just not that good.

Wow, not sure what to think of this. I mean, I agree -- it's just not that good -- but everything behind it is so serious about itself that it's painful to read for more than one reason. There's the mary sue-age going on, yes, but also the fantasy of wanting to be in control that seems to be driving the writing, that makes it weirdly like peeping into someone's brain. If it was a troll, that'd be kind of funny, but it doesn't look like they are going in that direction.

Yeah, I keep thinking this is a teenager, or maybe even a pre-teen (although the writing seems too good for a pre-teen.)

I spent last weekend around real-life teen girls, and WOW, everything was so dramatic. If they had been writing everything, half the stuff would be in small mumbles and everything else would be IN CAPITAL LETTERS.

I can't read the damn blog without thinking of the guy in the picture tapping away on his keyboard typing it up or leaping around like a mad man raving about slendy lol.

I'm not sure whether I like or laugh at his justifications for why the steel axe was as anti-supernatural-being as an iron one would be. They fit with the idea of Slenderman being a tulpa, at least.

Damn you, GhostK, I can't stop reading this blog. It's just so entertainingly written, even though (or maybe because) everything that happens is so ridiculous. I'm not sure if I believe that a slenderblog proposing this as a slendersymbol can be anything but a comedy or a troll. Besides, I keep reading "Breaker" as "Beaker" and that is not helping my immersion for so many reasons. XD

Really? I don't see how that could hurt your immersion. I mean, it's just one letter.

I'm pretty sure this is a troll.

I got a headache after reading two entries I can't imagine reading the whole mess. Plus he's an ICP fan this may be my own prejudice but I can't stand anything involving those idiots.

As the person who inspired that post of his, I have to say it was one of the funniest things I've ever read in a Slender Man blog. I do have to give him points for actually trying to work around those flaws, instead of just ignoring them.
