From the previous thread he posted that awesome jacket in, I believe he said that he used reflective tape for it.

I was amazed by Emeraldbeacons jacket when I met him in line at TronNight. Its been an amazing year of peoples cstumes and artwork of Tron. Keep up the good job Tronnies

Yup. Reflective, iron-on tape. The NEXT costume will have battery-powered lighting.

I always kinda have a preference for the oldschool circuit look, but one good thing about Legacy is its MUCH easier to make an authentic-looking costume.
