Wow. That was pretty crappy.

Eh they're not bad. I think you hit a good point with the children thing.

How about Rootfather then?

Nah, a kid wouldn't say that. Pappa Treefingers might be good.

Haha yeah already thought about that Lovecraft reference Adah, apart from him always being jovial, as Lovecraft put it, he's a lot like Slenderman.

I was reading my Lovecraft anthology and I basically went, 'Holy crap, Slendy in Gnarly.' And thus my complex combining of the two Mythos began

In the name department, I've always liked The Slim One, The Willow Man, and That Tall Faceless Mofo Creeping Outside My Window. But the tlast one doesn't quite roll off the tongue

The first time I saw the pictures, it reminded me of Nightmare before Christmas. That and the fact that he should have some sort of first name bring me to Jack Slenderton.

Thanks! Very Happy I shall endeavour to keep trying to make the effort.

On topic, someone's already come very close to the name I've given Slendy in a thing I'm writing. Cue my stalking this thread in watchful paranoia.

o___o your art while completely awesome and <3, is cause for nightmares.

I really like the one previously mentioned in the beginning thread;

Daddy long legs. since it has the childrens term plus he's tall.

Or something along the lines of; Daddy Willow cause I love the tentacles.

Mostly thanks to this forum, but also because it fits my personality so well, I prefer to call him Mr. Thin.

However, I also like That Tall Faceless Mofo Creeping Outside My Window.

"I'm the Slender Man, so that's what you call me. Or maybe His Slenderness, or Slendster, or El Slenderino"

Just had to do this. Laughing

Hehe, yeah, I always thought Slendy had a similarity with Nyarlathotep. I'd love for a writer to pick up on that.
