Digital Frontier Dustjacket scans?

I'm looking for scans of the entire dustjacket (front cover, back cover, spine and interior flaps). I don't mind it broken up into multiple scans since I can photoshop them together either. But it needs to be actual scans and not just photos.

I'm looking to give my Kindle a cover of proper nerdiness and hollowed out a book from the 90's on virtual reality and until I can find my box of tools to recover the thing (I plan to alter the cover and some interior pages so the book is by Kevin Flynn and is part of the Encom Facts on File series as well as clean it) I'd like a Digital Frontier book jacket.

Also, maybe we should make a master thread of scan requests to help declutter the forum?
