You know what, I'm not sure Jay IS withholding anything. He genuinely seemed in a state of shock, here, so to me it seemed more likely that he didn't have the presence of mind to DO those things, rather than he's holding stuff back from us. Unreliable narrator, yes; but this time, I don't think it's intentional.

Also the idea of Masky takin' a bath and bangin' on the wall to wake Jay up is lulzeriffic.

Well, since it is a new camera, it could very well not need tapes. Everything might already be on the computer.

 		I like to think there is a big pile of tapes in his trunk that he just hasn't noticed yet, or something to that effect. If not, then whoever left him in the room will be leaving him tapes in a specific order to bring him (and us) up to speed.

EDIT: I would be upset if it was .mov files or something instead of tapes from now on.

Yeah, I have a feeling the next entry might be some footage from the past seven months Jay can't remember. Clearly he's been recording himself, there's gotta be SOME footage.

 		I hope that the next little bit is Jay receiving tapes/footage in some kind of format for us to see. Maybe some videos of Totheark watching Jay without him knowing.

Haha, moved on already! Still holding out for Jay not being withhold-y, but rather, too in-shock to do the things we think he should do just yet.

 		Here's a question I have...is it canon every time that somebody logs on to the MH YouTube channel? I'd like to think so, considering that it's still been 9 months since anyone signed into the ToTheArk account. But Jay (Or somebody that knows the password) has been logging in pretty regularly. How does that fit in with the whole 7 months forgotten thing?

It's not necessarily canon. It just helps us to tell when a new entry is being posted.

It's not necessarily canon. It just helps us to tell when a new entry is being posted.


Yeah, but he's been logging in about once a week or so since Entry 26, and we haven't seen anything until now.
