Good lord.

Anyway.

I think we've exhausted all the possible ways to go about taking apart this entry.

Yeah, your right.

There is still a one points that I noticed which no one apparently touched. I will bring it up here just so that people can keep it in mind in case it relates to a later entry.

Since the alarm only rang for 15 seconds before it was turned off, it must have been set for 8:31.

8:31 Seems like an odd time to set an alarm. If it was 8:30 I would not have been bothered by it. Thus it is possible that 831 or 8:31 will have some kind of significance in a later entry. Especially, if we are assuming that ToTheArk set up certain things in the room as some kind of clue for Jay (TV, Alarm, computer, and possibly the phone).

Then again, it may also be nothing; keep an eye open, but do not obsess about it.

Yeah I might just be weird but I set my alarms to weird numbers like 9:17 and 7:48. (It makes it so that you never wake up at exactly the same time every day so I don't wake up early on weekends when I get to sleep in.)

But you're right, in this case it's probably a huge clue, or absolutely nothing Very Happy

If you read Entry #27 in the wiki you should find most of the relevant observations.

I will attempt to sum up the speculation and analysis that occurred in these 34 pages here that is not referenced in Entry #27's wiki page.

People think that the Blinking TV was likely caused by either the Operator or Masky.

It is thought that Jay is wearing a chest camera as a means for him to more accurately record what happens to him since his memory apparently has been failing him.

Jay is in ownership of a brown hoody many suspect to be related to the masky shown in the twitpic.

Some people feel that Jay was working with ToTheArk and ToTheArk fled for some reason when Jay "woke up." This would mean that the Computer, Alarm, TV, and possibly the phone where some kind of message to him.

Others think that Jay may have been the masky from the twitpic. Which has varying implications. However, the things mentioned above are still probably a clue of some sort.

The above "clues" may be coincidence (except the TV).

When Jay is in his car he picks up a water bottle. Some people feel the water bottle is a reference like the water bottles in Brians house to something.

The alarm was set to 8:31. An odd time to set an alarm. It may hold importance.

There is a hair inside Jay's car when he is about to leave the gorge that looks like a tendril. It has no importance.

The "Simile for the Camera" twitpic may referring to the 2 camera's Jay is now using. This is admittedly a bit of a stretch.

The lady passing Jay in the hall was determined not to be Sarah.

Well, that's all the major discussion points that I can remember that were not mentioned in Entry #27 wiki page. I may have missed a few.

Regarding 8:31... it could be that something very important happened at the end of August this year, or else the series will end at the end of next August (or the next entry will be at the end of next August? ;P)

I think that would surpass even my capacity to keep caring if they didn't do anything until August.

I LURK NO MORE!

Hey guys, Marble Hornets is the only ARG I've ever followed, but I'm getting into the scene a little more now, and so I wanted tostop lurking and get an account.

So I thought I'd post a little of my speculation about 27 here while I'm at it.

So I watched the last season and did my research, and here's my totally unfounded theory-

I would like to think that Jay found Alex almost immediately. Amy may or may not have been there, frankly it has little bearing over the broad scope of my theory.

Jay and Alex (and Amy?) proceeded to spend roughly 6 months getting to the bottom of the whole Operator jig, maybe even catching up with Tim in the process (although I'd like to see a lot of Tim and/or Masky and/or TTA this season...).

They were doing well. It even reached the point that they thought that they were winning. Mistake. Jay got too close in a scrape with ol' Operator, and got his memory erased. A lot of memory erased.

Then someone (Masky? Tim? Seth? TTA? Sarah? etc...) found him and got him to safety in a nearby hotel got him a room, set his stuff up, and let him drift off to sleep and wake up to entry #27.

The button cam was a security idea that Alex came up with so that they could always have an "eye" on what was going on.

And then the newbie realized how long his post was....

That's super funny because before the season two twitpics I had never heard of her before. I didn't remember her from season one.
