Woopsie. Smile And yes its a little worrying how easily I did the 'crazy talk'. Very Happy I also completely accidentally alternated between l and I which I kept as a subtle nod to the crazy.

Oooh nice, the blurry slendy actually works really well rather than making him seem added. It's such a contrast it makes it look like Slendy's doing the blurring. Also terrifying shape. Very Happy

I also like how the kids are running but the soldiers don't see.

it's a well known picture from the war in Viet Nam, the kids you see running came from a village that was bombarded to hell almost literally. The naked girl you see, her clothes are actually burnt off. I believe this picture was on the cover of time magazine. Smile

Hi - I was wondering, is work-in-progress fan art allowed on here? I have a sketch I'd like to post in order to get feedback. Smile

It's far from finished but should be complete by tomorrow. Was originally just doodling, and kept going with this one mainly for testing different pencils. Took about 4 hours for this much progress.
So far I've used mostly HB pencil for lines and base color, and 6B for shading, with a Q-tip to smudge/blend. (BTW yes, he's floating...looked even creepier that way. I imagine Slendy to be almost silent in movement/hunting)
There's still some stuff I want to fix, plus I'll have to make a background at some point. I shaded one of the tentacles to show how the rest will look eventually.
Just seemed like an interesting concept if he were just above your peripheral vision in the trees(even though there's a lot of 'foresty' art already out there)
A couple of days ago I was in the woods near where I live(got some cool pictures, might photoshop one later) and decided some tree drawing practice was necessary anyway.

(Apologies for lack of scanner) Let me know what you think! Smile

i saw that no one posted on here in a while, so I thought I would do some (not too great) art! I got this idea while on Angora chat.

Because I'm getting a bit tired of lurking and never really posting anything, whoo-hoo, go me.

So yeah it's shitty and overexposed and the idea has been done about 10 BAJILLION times but hey it's a comic screw you.

MAYBE I'll post the rough concept art I have for the other parts of the BIG THREE if my soul paralyzing laziness doesn't get in the way.

"And I must SCREAM"

Harlan Ellison reference? As in, "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream," the greatest science fiction short story of the last 60 years?
