Basically your run of the mill mod. Just some retextures, and some audio clips.

I have one question though. What is the first audio clip from? The speaking when he enters the hallway.

 		Looks like fun, I guess. I get the feeling the guy playing doesn't know the first thing about the Slenderman mythos. Maybe it's just his reaction to everything being "LOLWUTROFLCAKES" making me think that.

If you're referring to the "we will wait for you no more" thing, that's from Entry ######.

He kind of does that in every video, as do (some) other Let's Players. They probably think it makes their videos funnier and more entertaining and sometimes it does... but usually they go overboard.
