I suggest you sit and wonder why the entire landscape has been drained of color except for the sign. Clearly, there is some kind of anomaly happening with the visible light spectrum. Or... wait.

It's a glitch... O_O

Pretty sure you have to reverse the image and then combine the 2 using photoshop.
