The black cloud is the only thing I can see out of place in the pics too - unless you count posting obviously poorly shot blurry pictures.

I took a few screenshots every time it flashed. Changing levels on the images didnt reveal anything for me though.
I guess it means we should follow the lead from the Twitter or ask the sound guy about the symbol his mysterious stalker uses.

I also tried to clean up the phone message a bit but didnt manage to get any useful information from it.
Though there may again be something hidden in the sound spectrum, which is impossible to find with audacity, as determined with the earlier message..
If any of you has another sound editor you could try having a look with that, or we might have to ask the sound guy what editor he uses and then try to find that one.... (appending the audio files too)

As for the images from the airpark, the only thing I managed to find till now was the fact that there is a round area in the center that has a slight red-shift for every image. I've looked at the channels separately for every image and even turned up color saturation to max (resulting in quite psychedelic images) but didnt see anything other than a quite obvious circle...
At first glance the images then look like thermal images but that wouldnt make sense either.
It seems that most of the images have been heavily altered. Even the motion/blurryness looks shopped.
There are also a few edges on objects that are a bit overexposed..

Playing with the levels on the twitter logo I found that you can make the scribbled cross disappear, but havent found anything else in that image.
I'm guessing that it may serve as an overlay for some picture or video later on :/

Have there been any updates on the ISEEFOREVER-guy's twitter?
I suspected the numbers he posted to refer to times in his videos at first but that doesnt seem to be the case either.

One last update:
I was able to figure out which program the sound guy used to show us the spectogram/sonogogram of the first audio file, and the best, it's freeware and open source : http://www.sonicvisualiser.org/download.html
Another similar tool I found during my research was http://www.christoph-lauer.de/Homepage/Sonogram.html
The second one is a bit slower and performance hungry but can produce quite a good quality.

I'll also add a complete sonogram of the RiffageMuffledUN-file to the atachments (generated with Sonogram as that was the first one I found)

My first reaction would also be a map. things that come to mind are:

I would assume the thickest line on the right it the River Thames

What are the dots for? Dot 2 Dot? Dead drops?

the grey lines under the roads could be sewers? the mostly seem to follow larger roads?

thoughts anyone?
