Anyone here know "Cybergosh", the person that got to the location in TWO minutes and then took off with the package? in Culver City from 9 am until 3 pm... waiting.. waiting.. then at 3 pm rushed through crappy Los Angeles/West LA traffic to get to the drop spot, and see nothing and "Cybergosh" was gone.... Wow... *sigh*
I would of at least like to of seen the items that where in the package...

nice to be in the second place group. i didn't get a good visual of the pdf before i left since i was relying more on the coordinates and had a mental note of the utility box on the pdf.
however, i was looking at the utility box across the street at fatburger and even went in(wrong burger joint. oops). i pressed the walk button several times til it was safe to cross. that's how close i was to it.
it amazes myself considering that i started all the way from the tron popup shop in culver city and was stuck along rush hour traffic.
but, if it was at 3:02pm when the drop was picked up (according to someone at 42e?), they were long gone before we got there.

for me it started at 7:45am at the hull building. heh

Yeah, if it was 3:02pm he was long gone. I'm the one in the Spidey shirt btw. Sorry I had to leave in a rush, my wife was driving and had a shift starting at 6pm all the way back in Pasadena. I ended up completing the online game in the car.
Hey blackfeathers, only just noticed you're on the rpf too.

yep. been lurking rpf since like 2000 -back when it was an old ezboard forum & changed formats a few times. the newer board i registered more recently, but didn't feel i have anything worthy to contribute.

Despite being also-rans today, I had a great time hanging with you all at Hull and Royal/T. Great day all 'round, and i can't think of a group I'd rather lose with.

If I didn't have to be somewhere by 6pm back in the good ol IE, I would have made an attempt to get there and meet up with the rest of ya. The fact I was 16 miles away (probably a good 1/2 hour), I decided to head home and finish up from there.
How many are going to go to the screening at Downtown Disney? I am making plans to do so, and since I have a pass to the IMAX in Irvine on Wed, I'll be there too. Maybe a few of us can get together Monday night, enjoy the movie then hang out a little after a bitch about how we all missed out LOL

The DT Disney I think will be a lot more low key then the Burbank screening. But unfortunately I can't take anymore time off work with hiatus right around the corner. I already have my tickets for the midnight screening (IMAX) in Woodland Hills & for the Disney Digital at the El Cap. on Saturday

Just an FYI for all you LA folks - seems like we all have different plans for opening night, but if you're available in the morning on Friday, I'm heading back to the Tron pop-up shop because they're exchanging ticket stubs for "an exclusive keepsake"
Who's got the Hull building group shot? Please stand up!

Since the news got out to GenPop, I'm not even going anywhere near Downtown Disney - it'll be a madhouse. Good luck with that! Had it been akin to the Wednesday night showing (pass or vouchers) - you bet your sweet bippy I'd be there... so, just Wednesday for me... (and the Thursday midnight show with the group of 50)
Have fun.

I'll be there. I get out of work at noon, I'll probably grab some lunch then head down there to asses the situation. Hopefully its not too bad.
