I will post via my twitter page when I arrive at the theater and with updates on the line, etc. PM me to exchange phone numbers if you plan to go.

I'll try to get to the Monday showing. It'll be good motivation to get this paper finished. I'll fire you a message on Twitter later today, Waterborn.

I think you guys should spread a rumor while you're in line that you have to have an Encom Badge to get in.

Yep I'll be trying for the Monday show. My final finishes at 4:30 so I'll hop on the T and should be there by 5pm.
My Tron schedule for next week =)

Potential bad news - I saw an add in the MEtro this morning for free passes to a "Boston Area Screening" on the 13th. I hope that this is not for the same one. Just in case, I submitted my info via the url at http://tinyurl.com/getonthegrid which sends you to a google docs page and survey.

So the AMC theatre is the only screening on Monday, and it seems that there are multiple avenues of admission. That might explain why the operative asked for the usernames of everyone, not just the person getting the package. I wager that they might either email an eticket or voucher or something, or have the theatre mail the same to those individuals. Afterall, they have our real names and addresses.

Looks like there is going to be some heavy rain in Boston on Monday. Hopefully not so bad I can't make the drive down.

UPDATE: Good news! I have been able to get someone to cover my shift on Monday, so I will be able to get to Boston early and scope out the situation at the Boston Common. I plan to make my first pass by the theater around noon and will speak with a manger there regarding timing for the lines. ANyone who is planning to attend can email me at waterbornsplat2old2playdotcom when you arrive. That email goes directly to my Blackberry. Be sure to wear some FlynnLives SWAG so that we know you are one of the team. I will do my best to be the first in line.
Looking forward to this.

I'll definitely be there. I'm gonna try to be there around 5p. I hope there aren't too many avenues to go to the screening. This game seemed smaller than YSS. I may be wrong. So far, none of the popular movie blogs have picked up on the electrify website. I hope to see you there waterborn. I think I've DM'ed you my phone number. I'm bringing my girlfriend and potentially a friend or two. See you there!

viyao15, I am planning to be in the area of Boston Common around noon and will post reports on the status of the line. I have the whole day off and will do my best to be the very first in line. Hope to see you there.
Oh BTW, I went ahead and took a screenshot of the electrify page and printed out just in case. I suggest that everyone else do the same.

Keep in mind that it says they won't let a line form before 5pm for the Monday screening. So there's shouldn't be a line at noon, but leading up to 5pm, expect people to be milling about aimlessly.

Ahh, not sure if I can make this screening tomorrow based on my finals, but I'll see if I can switch things around.
I'll definitely be at the norelco screening, hopefully I can see some of you guys there.

Yeah, but I have the entire day off and am planning to spend it in Boston. You know that there is a vapid crew of free preview peeps who glom onto anything happening at the Boston Common Theater. Worse case scenario, I will find a B&N and read up on some stuff while I wait for 5pm to roll around.
