Just in case it is useful: here are the a) code entered into the computer to unlock the Philly node, and b) the Dumont tracing number that came with it.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Book code: 3861719
Tracking Number from Dumont: DYKQ4CS4F4
Hope it helps!

Woah woah woah. Is it just me or have some of the pulsing lines in the graphic disappeared, but yet their "node" is still lit up?

Now that it is at 13, some of the lines have reverted.

It's not just you..I refreshed a couple of times just to make sure I wasn't seeing things.
Edit: Does it look like an audio track in the background to anyone else?

Of 13 cities done, there's 8 lines moving across the screen
.....Wait, now I'm getting 15 lines...

The graph has apparently gone BACKWARDS and gotten more chaotic. NOPE. The 14th locked in, and now it's back to the way it was. VERY much looks like an audio waveform now.
