I don't know how Why So Serious completed, but for The Beast we got a special AI poster with everyone's username on it. It was definitely a cool keepsake.
That sounds awesome. Sorry to hear about your vacation days, you really deserve to get this piece of swag.
Why So Serious ended with a phone call comprising of sound clips from various games but no real piece of swag. They did, though, upload a picture of one of the batman posters (I think) but had it be comprised of player's images.

Although I would have loved to see the Electrify premiere (and free swag isn't something to ignore lightly), couldn't swing it. Glad they're handing out Flynn Lives pins though, so all of those able to attend are able to grab one. They're huge compared to the other pins. Of course, that also means that they're gonna show up on eBay pretty soon...

Just spoke with Madopal and he confirmed they are giving out the FL pins in Chicago. I knew we sixteen that got the drops wouldn't be the only ones with pins, just not practical from a production stand point.

I always wanted to ask a player of the Beast... were there advanced screenings for AI? ARG advanced screenings?

I do hope that they at least mail pins (or something extra cool) out to all of the actual ARG participants... The closest screening to me was around 7 hours away, in Atlanta ):
(not that I'm not grateful for everything else 42E has already done! They've been amazing!)

Wish I had read this a few hours ago. Orlando screening started 50 minutes ago.
Here's hoping a few extras are found or a package shows up from 42 Entertainment with a pin...

Yeah, it would have been a two hour drive for me to Atlanta as well and I wasn't willing to spend more on gas than a ticket would cost just to run the risk of being turned away. I'm a little disappointed, I had really been hoping for a screening, but all the logistics behind the screenings falls on Disney, not 42E. I'm sure they were just as annoyed with the setup as we were. Just means I have to wait until Thursday night to geek out...

Oh, I'm totally stoked to see it Thursday. My boyfriend and I are trekking a couple hours to Raleigh to see it in IMAX at midnight, lol
After following the game since last winter, how would I NOT see it in IMAX?

Arg... hopefully one of the guys on the Geometric Answers lists will grab me some swag.
I know there are a lot of people out there that also need it. But if I had the time and money I would have also gone down to Houston for the 8 hour drive just to get a pin.
But hopefully 42E will send us something. The posters are gorgeous, but seems like there should be something else for my year and a half of participation and shucking school just for disney.
love you 42E

My thoughts exactly. I'm guessing that Disney and RealD have some sort of sponsorship deal.
I would have been at the screening tonight but I had a major critique that ran late and an exam first thing tomorrow.

Nice..... I figured this would just be a typical screening so therefore I really, really had to work today. This is the busiest time of year for us (I work in IT for a famous candle company) and taking the day off was just out of the question......
I am not complaining or anything; this has been an awesome ARG in all aspects. I just think that this pin would have been the icing on the cake.
But, I also did not want to go to a free event becasue I want there to be a great "paying" turnout so that there will be another sequel.....
Hopefully, these wont be too expensive on eBay (or 42E decides to send us one)

I will post how to claim your Flynn Lives pin in a separate thread.
Merry Christmas Unfiction!
