S: We have a lot of unknown variables to contend with in the coming days, and my hopes are to eliminate as many of them in as quick a manner allowable. We don't know the prize(s), if any, or the manner in which clues will be discovered.

M: Our goal will be to discover, locate, and coordinate efforts in the metropolitan Phoenix area that will lead to success. This is a very broad and non-specific mission at this point, and as information becomes available it will be disseminated in as quick a fashion as possible. The very nature of the mission may change as well.

E: Building on the members we have now, we will deploy and have areas of responsibility. These areas are elastic and non-concrete. Once a clue/hint/information is discovered, it will be passed on to the team as a whole in the event another stage/event/location needs to be discovered. The team depends on each other for mutual success.

A: Transportation, if necessary, will be discussed closer to T -24H. If team members rely on public transportation, efforts will be made to ensure as little transit time as is necessary is used. If an item(s) are discovered, the team will split it if numbers allow. I will take last choice and have last preference on any item(s).

C: We will utilize the Twitter account "tronopsphx" for our main communications. We will rely on direct text message as an alternative. The unFiction forums will be tertiary, and emails a last resort. More communication methods will be presented as they become available.


Between now and then, feel free to PM or text me! If you need, we can use the IRC channel to hash out whatever's on your mind.

 		First off, amazing. I love the whole, SMEAC. Really well thought out.

I'm in. I'm still not sure on location, due to the others and thier location. It'd be more fair to see an equal distance for all.

I'm not much into the swag(although I love it). All i want out of this is a Flynn Lives shirt. My xbox live avatar has one, and I want one too!

 		I'll probly post up at a starbucks either in arizona mills or at 24th street and baseline book stores that are available it seems like that they will choose something on camel back or somewhere in tempe as those areas seem to have the oldest bookstores

 		The twitter feed will get locked into our group this evening. I can't change anything at work, mind you, but I'm quite certain that we all can broadcast over twitter without worry about compromise once I lock it.

Also, I need all of you to PM me your # as a backup in case we either can't use twitter, or it gets compromised in some way. I can then mass-text you all from my phone.

 		18 minutes and counting, I am sure they will do 4 drops at at time, I hope 42 E doesn't wait till the end of the day for Phoenix, the traffic was horrible. Less traffic during the middle of the day. The drop was at 4pm and hope for a 10am or 11am drop this time.
