They consist of only spaces and blocks as far as I can tell - like binary.

Begins at 10/31/2003 at 17:29:12, ends at 17:30:11. The Aquapolis incidentlogs carry a similiar filename structure.

It appears to be code, perhaps the code that the Matrix uses to interpret human speech/thought. Did this come from the other man in the area of the tent?

This is nutso... Is it possible that the disturbance on Beth's PDA somehow "caught" some communication between the man and... dare I say it... the Matrix? The stuff reads like things that the man could have seen or been acting out. The big thing that leads me to that is the fact that he didn't understand Beth or attempt to talk to her. We see a couple of references to language not being optimal in the code.

Okay, I'll try this again. I have the files downloaded and unzipped. But what do I open them with? Notepad? Help me out. I'm barely computer literate. Or is this a job for hackers only.
