As far as Binder and BAC I have a feeling that it still doesn't matter. So far all of the clues have refered to items within the game with the exception of the craigs list items. From foghorn to toadfish all of the clues have been within a very small circle of items. I'm just wondering how long before thay tie the RP site to this game. Thus far they gave us the first printout that lead to the RP site but nothing else. Like they used to game for shameless advertising. Yet, the RP site has been a mute point. Not enough connection to make the site work. No clues what buttons to push, what to do other than go from mission to mission hoping something else happens when we push buttons.

I hope this game amps up soon. It's getting really stale. Coffee

 		TROGL appears in only 2 places so far.. Handwritten on one badge and on a comic book..
If it was an abbreviation for the department they worked for, wouldnt it be part of all the badges instead of handwritten on one, and, why was it written over where the picture went?
I think that whatever it stands for, its more localized... Like a code to describe that one person, A Minker and why he is different from thr rest.

So does it mean to use the bacne or the kbo or like Jane said - does it just mean nothing? I can't make any sense of it with or without the binder or TROGL.

Then it would seem as if we have reached the end of the line as it were for that lead.

Also the process, "I think since we mentioned we don't know if the eggs come before the chicken" as far as Josh posts then sties updates or sties updates then Josh posts... will be a dead end?

So RP.. is the new transition?

I am thinking new website or new function...uhh..maybe.

While we're all waiting to enter our certificate codes at RP, I started thinking about the picture with Josh's thumb on the comic book. Along with the kbo being crossed out in backbone, Bishopfan pointed out that the L in library and the second C in Classics are also crossed out in the same way.

I searched for kbo and found links to astronomy pages talking about Kuiper Belt Objects (KBOs). These are small bodies in the outskirts of our solar system that orbit the sun beyond Neptune in the Kuiper Belt. Supposedly since Pluto has been demoted from planet status, it is now considered to be a KBO. I didn't read in depth but I think KBOs are comets or minor planets depending on their sizes.

As far as the L and C go… I don't know. Thinking of them as Roman numerals L = 50 and C=100. Minor planets are numbered as they are discovered. Maybe some KBO out there is numbered 50100 and we're dealing with some being from KBO 50100.

The RP site audio mentions occultation where a foreground object covers up a background object, and some of the KBO links also talked about occultation.

Anyhow, it's a possibility for the kbo. Here are a few links if anyone is interested:

 		OK Back to the game for a sec..

Soooo, where is Josh?

Did he
A) go in search of the Coelacanth and get hijacked by evil forces? or,
b) did he pass out when he saw the pic of his dad and is in the hospital recovering from shock?or
c) was he taken before he even saw the pic of pop?

The last for sure contact we had from Josh was Dec 6th when he responded to the blog being down..
He didnt show up for the chat on Dec 10th or later and we arent really sure if he even saw mysterioso's chat or posting of his pops pic..
So, Josh may have been missing since as early as Dec 7th.. Thats over 3 weeks ago..
Unlike before when Josh didnt post for 6 weeks, this time even the Mystic Dude is concerned enuff to mention it..

Where is this going???

Nice thoughts--recall that Josh didn't even respond on Dec 6 until notified by numerous (we could assume) posts by ARGonauts.

Whomever is responsible for this game has not been consistent.

One one hand we have:
1. Potentially very interesting web sites, yet they have faltered and stumbled.
2. Nice swag (if you happened to have mailed in the coupon), been at Comic Con San Diego, or New York--but no doubt few who rec'd the goods knew what RP was all about, and the certificates.

There just doesn't seem to be much consistency.

I am a bit confused tho, I did think his proclamation of meeting someone was Mr. Mysterio on the 10th chat wise and searching for the rare endangered coelacanth, AKA "im looking for my father"

Not "im going in this dark alley with some stanger i meet on the internet"

I mean he's a modern guy, what he's never seen To catch a predator?

well josh posted the pic of the book he found some days later this topic was posted on the 17th so i assume he uploaded it around then i was not aroun for a few days so fell free to correct me thats the last we heard.

my guess would be that the fishy contact is responsible for his disappearance but then again we have had big gaps of josh "missing" before so maby its just the agr slowing down over the holiday session

Maybe Josh is a victim of a covert government black ops operation. He has been taken captive and is as we speak being probed by the government within the government for answer relating to coelecanths. Shocked

Oh wait, what am I thnking. Josh has probably been radiated by the open capsule he found in his mothers belongings and is lying in a hospital bed with his hair falling out from toxic radiation exposure...DUH!!!

That's why it has been taking him sooooo long to put up any posts. Confused

 		Please excuse me if I'm late on this, but I just printed out the printout like 5 minutes ago, and at the top in Mysterio's font it says:

Are you OK? Please contact me when you get this.

Do you guys know this? Was this the last known printout or is this something new? I think it's weird that in the forums we start asking about where Josh is and then Mysterio seems to be asking the same thing. Please let me know if I'm just late on this, or if this is something new.
