Agreed, he should definitely try that. Someone with access to Jay's Twitter feed (like direct access to his phone) would also have access to his hotel safe, and may be hiding the password in those mysterious pictures.

I second that, partially. When I played with the picture myself, I could partially make out an 8, but nothing else.

But going along with your post on possible numbers, Makdee, maybe we're supposed to use the 8 for the "Smile for the camera" image instead of 2? (also, great thinking on that post. It seems very likely that if the safe number was sent by TTA/Masky/Jay, it'd be on the recent twitter posts and not one of the much older TTA videos. IMO, anywa.)

If you are unable to see anything, it may be due to your screen. Different screens will display images in slightly different colours and I was not able to get a sharp image due to time constraints.

Maybe.

I'm going to play with the image some more. There is a strong chance that I am chasing a red herring, but it is better to be through.

 		I played with the image for a while and couldn't get anything conclusive. I now think that it's not a picture of graffiti, but it was drawn on TTA's dry erase board (the one he used in some of his videos for simple animations) and the words and numbers were previously erased, and what we're seeing was accidentally picked up by the camera.

If the number is in these photos 2234 sounds like the right bet, but now it seems to rely too heavily on coincidence. YAMA and BONE are looking more tempting.

 		Okay, after reading through some of the other topics I decided "hey, maybe I'll re-watch MH" So, I played the introduction... and then noticed the description. "0" that's is, just 0

I am going to keep looking, and I dont know what has already been discussed so let me know if this has already been explained.

Is there a chance that masky changed something else when he put up ##### entry?

TL;DR The introduction has 0 as the description, maybe masky changed some of the video descriptions with numbers which could be our code!

Oh, I suggested BONE 2663 to J on twitter also.

So I notice a lot of people are behind the "BONE" theory. I think it has about as much backing as the rest of the guesses do, the only thing I find troubling with it is- what exactly does BONE mean?

Yes, I know it was on the wall in the house's water heater room, and I definitely think it is hidden in the twitpic, but other than that, I don't know what the relevance to the story is.

Perhaps BONE being the code could integrate it's relevance into the story? I would be pleased with that move on the MH crew's part, it seems like a great way to get things connected with the prior events of Jay's absentee 7 months directly.

...or BONE could just be a puzzle that doesn't have much story worth other than presenting a challenge to us. Which I would be fine with also, I suppose I'm just trying to further the BONE speculation.

Agreed.

I could not get anything really conclusive. And those 3 numbers are pretty hard to read.

As for the "bone" in the twitpic, the shading of the 'o' and 'n' is consistent with the image. Thus, it is most likely a coincidence.

A skilled photomanipulator could easily make something like that look like a natural part of the original image. I could have probably done it, and I'm not a skilled photomanipulator.

I see the "O" and the "N" also, and now I can't unsee it. It's one heck of a coincidence if it is one. It's possible it wasn't intentional at first, but they noticed it afterwards and decided to run with it to put a double meaning in the picture. It wouldn't be the first "happy accident" in the series.
