So uh. I guess Daniel Shipman is gonna turn up pretty dead sometime soon. Sucks that personal shit got in the way of that story. I'm not asking people to bring the personal drama here, but it does affect what will be going on in the series and we're allowed to talk about that right?

I think they'll probably just have the Order take him out offcamera or something, but since it still hasn't been made clear how important he was to the way events will turn out, I guess it's kinda up in the air.

I don't want to expose the drama here because it's sensitive information and it's entirely possible I don't know all the facts. You can visit Brendon's and Heather's blogs and read through their history if you want to know what happened. Let's just say people aren't happy with Brendon right now.

Honestly...I don't want to see Daniel go. Yes, he did do something wrong. But still--he's a great actor, I love his character, and he's pretty funny too. I kinda wish he would just cut it out, and then everyone would forgive and forget (which, at least in today's Hollywood, internet, and media, almost never happens); but it looks like she already tried that....

Just my thoughts.

Daniel was by far my favourite character. Jeff is the only other one that comes close, he just doesn't have enough screen time to be my favourite. Perhaps this will change.

So I read back on some of those tumblr posts that Heather managed to keep public, and all I can say is "What in the fuck happened and why in the fuck did he of all people have to do this". I guess people are people and they'll do what they want, but I don't think he's coming back from this one, it's equivalent to when Kramer dropped the n-bomb like 50 times doing stand-up (Or worse depending on your view of the situation, I'm not a woman so it's hard to get a full grasp on the emotions put into it on both sides). His slenderverse career is over, I'm calling it now.

Kramer was that guy from Seinfeld who always "popped in" and he was funny as shit and everyone loved him, but one day he thought he was in the "safe zone" so to speak because of his popularity. This lead him to believe he could say racist terms for shits and giggles on stage, but of course he was wrong and no matter how popular you get there's still some things you can't do. I see this as a prime example of what's going on.

It's sad, it really is, because Daniel was a great character, but when you pull a stunt like the one he did you're

It just won't happen. In fact he'll probably see the inside of a jail cell if I'm understanding the situation correctly (which I very well might not be).

In any case this is all very upsetting to someone who's been watching DH from the beginning, Daniel was their nexus of information, without him and knowing he did...*cough* something out of game is kind of killing the immersion for me.

If the creators don't plug the hole they leave when they kick his ass out, DH won't feel the same, I know that for a fact.

From what I read, he isn't going for jail--it didn't sound as severe as I thought it was. Basically, he annoyed Heather on how hot she was and if she could be his girlfriend. I doesn't seem as if anyone called the police or anything like that....

I think there's a small chance he could get his act together and still continue, but its unlikely. We live in a very unforgiving world.
