Another year before the next vid is uploaded? Razz

I actually quite like the most recent entry. It's packed with interesting plot developments - Heather disappeared! Alex is mute! - that have succeeded in moving the plot forwards somewhat, but which at the same time would have been frustrating to sit through in "real time", as it were - we didn't need to sit through a whole bunch of entries where Alex and Chris try to find Heather and fail, or where Christ tries to get Alex to talk and fails, and this way they've spared us that.

It's quite nicely put together too - I could genuinely believe that these are the edited highlights of what's otherwise been a quiet-ish year for them, recorded over that period of time. Either they've recorded a whole bunch of material over the part year and then made the radical decision to leave a big heap of it on the cutting room floor in order to give this update a bigger punch, or they recorded most of this recently but got quite adept at the writing and editing in order to keep things brisk and to the point.

I wouldn't want all the remaining videos in the series to be in this "recap" style, but this is a good way to give a quick infodump and lend some momentum to the series after a long break and I'm interested to see what they do next. This is more than I can say for, say, EverymanHybrid, where the last string of videos seem to have established this momentum-free holding pattern where the story crawls to an absolute halt and it feels like the last few videos were put out just to remind everyone that the series is ongoing but without finding any way to actually re-engage the audience's attention and get some momentum going.

I just hope they are able to keep up their momentum now.

The numbers on the second part of the note make me think it's a book code - the municipal code would be the book, and the numbers give page, line and word numbers to make out a message.

Does anyone actually know what happened with Daniel Shipman's actor OOG? I've heard rumors about something sexual or... something, but that was a while ago and I don't know if that was just made-up.

Anyone notice how much this series has changed? Season one was kind of this paranormal/pshycological mystery and very derivative of other Slender Man series. Season 2 developed a really interesting lore and started ramping up the action. Then Season 3 comes along and the series took a dark turn--with a dark look at cults and living off the grid. I feel like Dark Harvest evolved the most as a Slender Man series.
