 		Well, Daniel probably said he was researching Egyptian gods and myths, while Noah was like yeah I'm researching German boogie monsters. I can see where the connections were missed.

 		A couple thoughts:
As much as I'm loving this idea, this stuff could get pretty bad if not handled well. Mixing series without taking time to have thought out reasoning for things could just be unnecessary. I mean, it always bugged me during the EMH TT crossover that like, why isn't habit attacking Noah? Why doesn't the Observer give a shit about the HYBRIDS? Now it's going to get even more complicated.

On the other hand, this has TONS of potential and could really make waves in the plots of all the series involved. So lets see what happens!

I think because slendy doesn't care about Noah, the collective does. Honestly, they seem to be the real focus of TT

If the theory that slendy is running the EMH cycle against HABIT and the rake is true, then its not like he cant do that with the cree then go back to overseeing the collective.

Or they'll just retcon it all away

The problem with that is that if slendy could be everywhere, why is he having problems with anyone? Why doesn't he just appear everywhere and kill all the characters? O save them from whatever?

No, they're based on the same source material and have had cameos (I haven't watched WT so I could be wrong there), not crossovers. Correlation is not causation.

 		Time for me to say my two cents about this.

You see, the problem that I have with these crossovers (don't get me wrong, I enjoy them) is that each series has conflicting backstories (i.e. Slendy's origins, cults, etc.), and that it's hard to mesh them together. You could just handwave it as there being more than one Slendy or whatnot, but handwaving only works in well-written works, and I kinda doubt that they'll be able to pull it off.

Yeah, crossovers are complex by nature, and they should enhance the existing story material and not be used to fill any holes in the content itself.

If we have to 'lose' a series in combining it with another one so the content is updated more often, I think that's acceptable, but that's more consolidation than crossover.

 		So I finished watching Dark Harvest last night. Ready for this crossover.

Wonder exactly how it'll play out. Going by the EMH crossover, I think it'll be done well.

 		Storylines from two different series that intertwine are a crossover!

EMH/TT was a crossover, however DH00/EMH was a cameo.

This upcoming DH00/TT thing is a crossover. Therefore, EMH/TT/DH00 are in universe.
