There's no evidence that supports him being bad either (:

Also, LOL at the word "Be-tentacled." xD

I know. I'm just saying that, given the general creepy feeling he gives, and given the history of the character outside MH, it's more likely that he will be evil. But I agree that we can't exactly jump to conclusions until we have more substantial proof.

Why would you think Slendy caused this?

Couldn't it be possible that Slendy was just there to prevent whatever it was that did attack Alex (Tim? Brian?) from doing more than lightly scratching his head? I would think that if Slendy was there to do harm, he'd do more damage than that.

Honestly, I'm loving this Slendy=Guardian/Protector idea <3
(If only because it'll make it easier to sleep at night XD)

But on the same token, if Slendy was there to protect, I think that whoever did the damage to Alex wouldn't get the chance to even touch him. Slendy is a fucking eldritch abomination! If he didn't want Alex to bleed, Alex almost certainly wouldn't be bleeding.

That is, unless whatever attacked him is just as creepy and we haven't seen it yet.

So, the Rake?

Bad Acora, no cross ARG references.

Anyway, while that's possible, we don't have evidence that anything of that kind even exists in the MH universe.

I'm really liking the 'slendy gaurdian' idea, even if it does sort of ruin the creepiness of him. Another idea for the end of Entry 26, Alex could know that Slendy being there means whatever tried to hurt him in Entry 14 was there/coming too and that's why he sounded calm but still needed to leave.

Just my theory and first post, been lurking a while and decided to join the discussion Very Happy

Why would Alex run from his guardian? Slendy's definitely an antagonist, but his motives aren't murder; he would've, and could've done so by now. Unless Masky/Jay/Alex have anti-Slendy powers or something

The idea I had wasn't that The Operator was an antagonist or a guardian. I thought maybe he's just a phenomenon: He's just there, lurking around and looking creepy, but not able to do any more.
If you follow that theory, it would mean that Masky's probably the antagonist, and Slendy's a big, creepy red herring.

Like I said earlier though, that's just speculation and I personally think there IS more to slendy than that.

I have these brain-farts regularly and I like to share them. Razz

So the idea that Slendy is an actual threat comes from *maybe* scratching Alex's forehead and then being a little aggressive about wanting a hug in #26.

Interesting...

Guys! Guys! I think I know whats in the safe!

Okay, lets think of this, We in Entry 27, Jay says he looked EVERYWHERE around where he was staying, and found nothing he recognizes. He also doesn't recognize where Entry 29 takes place, yet even if he wasn't the camera man for that entry, the fact that he looked all over town already means that more likely than not there is some distance between the two places. Which means Mr. Thin has yet to find Jay at the hotel. So whatever is the safe might have antislender powers. Something like, I don't know, a blade of evil's bane? Thats right, the safe holds: The MotherFucking Master Sword.
