I just got pneumonia and they pretty much x-rayed me, said "well there's something there, have some pills, goodbye".
Just saying, I think whatever the pills are or aren't, they're pretty useless, not significant so much as the fact that the character was coughing badly and long enough to seek medical attention.

If the theory of Tim taking the pills and going insane (as opposed to Slendy making him insane) is correct, then maybe Jessica is like a 'sane' TTA?
If Tim was just being stalked by TTA, and the pills helped him remember, but eventually drove him insane, couldn't Jessica just be a stalkee WITHOUT the pills?

Don't stalkees film themselves? We've not seen Jessica with any kind of camera, unless she was using her phone as one, which wouldn't last long.

We don't know that they all do that. Alex did it because he was filming MH when he first saw Slendy and probably figured it'd be a handy way to document the horrifying otherworldly beast stalking him.
Jay did it because he learned it from Alex's recordings and likely figured it was a pretty clever idea.
Jessica might not even know she's being followed, much less that she needs to be making sure she's not taking latenight walks into other dimensions.

That was my thought process. she knows something is up, but that's the extent of her knowledge.

I like this idea. It almost puts a gradient on it. Tim: takes the pills, remembers everything, goes insane. Alex: Films himself, remembers a lot of things, gets freaked out and moves away. Jay: films himself but may not be being actively stalked, is getting irritable and freaked out. Jessica: is being stalked(?) but is not remembering things, id freaked out but not sure why.

Has anyone else noticed how few times Jay and the Operator are actively in the same location? What if he's not being stalked? I can only remember Return, 17, maybe 23, and 29.

Alex, on the other hand, was like always hanging out with the Operator. 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, maybe 22, and 26.

*le sigh* if only Alex had just sent J a message of some sorts (not all TTA ish please) that explained everything he knew and what had happened. But alas....

to seem at least partially on topic, if I had a bad cough, I'd take cough syrup, or cough drops, rather than go get a prescription. I think that the Ibuprofen is the most likely thing that the Orange tablets turn out to be. The Pills that Tim kept could have been anti-seizure medication, but that's not something that they sell over the counter, if it was prescription (as such medicine would be) than it would be in a different type of bottle. the pills Masky had were probably Ibuprofen as well, and Masky used them as a distraction.
