I would agree if this was a troll topic, but it's obviously more of a joke topic than a troll topic and there's nothing wrong with appreciating it as that.

I watched the video and thought it was hilarious Very Happy Sent to friends and posted it on elsewhere. (Y)

Then it would go in the well-established Off Topic thread.

I've no problem with off topic randomness, but I would, however, prefer that the pages be kept clean.

If it's off topic thread, it goes in the off topic thread.
