I hope that whatever happens, the events before, during, and after Entry #29 are explained better.

The best way to do it is to show Entry #29 through Jay's camera this time around, since we initially saw it through Alex's camera strapped to Jay. (I'm certain it's Jay because he's wearing his brown jacket).

Perhaps Alex's camera was temporarily damaged in a fight with Jay, or it got disabled by The Operator's presence, which would explain the weird sped-up footage at the beginning and the severe audio distortion when Jay's in the tunnel. Jay's camera, however, survives the whole ordeal and manages to record the whole thing with less distortion. All of this will be on the tape after #38.

Then Jay and Jessica will have to get to the hotel with all the tapes. Not just Jay's tapes though. Alex had a few tapes himself, such as the one with Entry #45 on it. They'll have to explain how Jay got Alex's tapes as well.
