Music theory nerdiness! Granted I'm a jazz theory nerd which is slightly different but its the same basic idea. Also to make this post slightly relevant, Tharol has good ideas that contribute to the actual discussion and has never said anything negative about anyone (at least as far as I can recall). I enjoy reading all of his posts, even if I don't understand a few of them, so I don't see how anyone can be upset about his presence.

Another jazz fan? Wtf is going on here? Ever listen to any prog metal/jazz fusion? Its a.. different.. genre that I've been really digging lately. If you want to give it a try, look up"Selkies:The Endless Obsession" by Between The Buried And Me. And listen to it all the way through. The climax will NOT dissapoint you!

And Tharol, you are by far the best thing on this forum. If not on MH, I'd honestly love to see you mentioned on another vlog. Especially if it were MLA or Osiris Chronicles. Very Happy

Colors and The Great Misdirect are two of my all-time favourite albums ever. Also in my list are a lot of Dream Theater and Genesis.

OH MY GOD YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT JUST

WHAT JUST TRANSPIRED

I looked up that song and on a whim logged onto my school's website to check my final quarter grade in math. And then I saw that I had gone from failing (like 40%) at the beginning of the quarter to a final grade of 87%

and then the song played and it fit my mood perfectly thank you so much omg.
