 		I'm guessing (hoping) this might be a "mega entry" with a combination of Last Tape footage and whatever happens to Jay today while he's at The Place.

It all depends on where Jay was when he watched the last tape.

As I see it, the Rosswood area (including the Hotel, Amy's Apartment, Alex's Apartment) and the Red Tower area (including Brian's House, Jay's House, the Doctor's Office, and all the stuff from Season 1) are hours of driving away from each other. And as far as we know, Jay may have not been in either area at the time.
