 		I notice that the shop is "haint" blue... next to a bottle tree.

I wonder if that's intended Operator repellant? Very Happy

I tried sharpening and enlarging the sign, but it almost looks like parts are deliberately blurred out...

However, the "haint" blue paint was thought to represent water and prevent entrance by spirits. It's also pretty commonly used in the south, so probably means not a thing.

Yeah, it's the same exact building. You can tell because the bushes and potted plants are exactly alike. Also, there's slanted parking, the trees are in the same place, and the house has the same structure in both the entry and picture.

 		Tim has said before on his tumblr that the bottle tree meant nothing. That sort of confirms it twice.

 		I noticed the sign hanging in front,too but realized no matter what it said--even if we COULD read it--that it wouldn't be relevant.I live in NC and shops/places like these are fairly common.It's obviously a place near them IRL that they are generically using as a plot device.
I took some pics of where I live a couple weeks ago and you would all cream your twinkies with a million story lines and theories if you saw them.They are perfect for "slenderizing",but I suck at anything beyond basic PS.
My point is that lots can be read into an image,even if unintended.....
