 		hes definitely pissed and buggin out about not remembering. i sorta feel useless lol is there something we should have figured out and told him?

All I can think of at the moment is to try the safe code and random stuff from Sidetone. Has anyone already told him that? I don't want to bug him with stuff that people already told him to try. :/

This'd probably be on Facebook as well if that was the case. Unless they're just trying to make OOG mesh with IG, but that seems like a stretch.

Pretty positive that, OOG, the password is still the same, and he can simply handwave our help with a "Well, the password's changed and e-mail is updated".

No, they're to professional (well, not exactly, there's got to be a better word for it) to do something like that. They want everything planned. I don't think they'd roll with something like this...
