Maybe if Jay wears fake sideburns he can pretend to be Tim.

As we know, Tim has a medical condition of some sort and needs medication. He even went so far as to break into Jay's apartment to get his pills back.
These are most likely prescription, so Tim will need to see the doctor again at some point to renew it.
All Jay needs to do is be there when he stops by... Somehow.

Ironically, if Jay had just run up to Tim in that last entry, it would be much less creepy than what he is going to have to do now. "Hi Tim. What a surprise! Well, I did wait in this town for almost four months. And yes, I did find you at this private clinic by asking strangers personal questions about you...by which I mean I lurked in the back of store for three hours before approaching the cashier."

What do you all think? Is this an ARG quiz, where we have to figure this out for Jay? Or is this an impossible situation that will be solved with the new entry?

Also--let's say that Tim DID have a non-OTC prescription,especially mental health related--as far as the "wait him out" idea--someone who has assumably been a patient as long as Tim would only see the doctor to renew prescription every few months--there's no way to know where Tim would be in a prescription cycle (I'm noting this for the sake of argument and for any FUTURE reference that maybe would become relevent.

I figured asking for Tim to conveniently need to get a renewal was stretching it a bit, but I didn't know they were just Ibuprofen. Let's see here, what else could he try...

1. Jay knows Tim's looking after him for whatever reasons, so maybe he could force his hand by wandering off into Rosswood. (Preferably forgetting his flashlight.)

2. Perhaps we're forgetting something from a TTA video? Wasn't Totheark supposed to find Jay? Maybe they're both looking for each other but keep just missing?

3. Jay might find something in the Doctor's office from #51. Perhaps Tim left something there. (He has plenty of time to look, right?)

Then again, maybe we're just looking at this wrong. What if it isn't so much Jay finding the right thing to do but finding the worst possible thing to do? (Like camp out in Rosswood.)

Jay could wait around outside and ask non-doctor type people if they've seen Tim and if they know him. On the other hand, given this is a small town, probably everyone knows there's someone looking for Tim, and he's doing it in a stalkerish fashion...

something just tells me that they wouldn't have two types of pills in the series, i don't think there's a point to looking into it that much. tims pills were probably ibuprofens too
