I agree--it's frustrating!

not to split hairs but anyone employed by a facility that houses patient records/deals with patient records,or treats patients is bound by a patient confidentiality law/rule/clause--whatever.I am an ex-healthcare professional and my ex-GF is a medical coder/biller.Even a janitor in a facility cannot legally discuss who is seen or treated.
The only thing open for speculation here beyond legality is whether or not anyone revealing patient information is CAUGHT.


Jay did address that on Twitter; he said he knows he can't just ask about him because of patient confidentiality.

Keep in mind Marble Hornets has never really been an ARG. We can interact ever-so-slightly with the characters, but nothing we do has ever affected it.

But I was thinking maybe ask other patients if they'd seen Tim. Of course, if this is a mental facility that might not be the best idea...

 		Alright Jay. Here is what ya do.

1. Make an appointment with the doctor there. Tell him you are stuck in a loop of unhappiness and there are masked men following you around.

2. Wait to get into the office alone. Maybe the doc will go to the bathroom or have to go take a call or whatever.

3. Quickly look at his files for Tim's info. Snap some shots of it and then you are all set.

This way you get Tim's address and any other information.

Actually I just tweeted him that with a new account.

 		Isn't there usually a seperate files room for records and the such. Plus I highly doubt that a Mental Health practitioner would leave Jay in his office unattended. especially if his mental health is in question.

NO!

The files are always kept in the same room (especially in a small town) and Jay should drug the doc or something if the never leaves. IT'S THE ONLY WAY!!!

It may be a controlled substance for a mental condition, given what series this is, and he would just continually get refills as some people would have to continue to take them as long as they still needed them. I took Clonazepam for a while, long story, which is a controlled, and I had to keep getting refills because it wasn't something that was healthy to up and end without weening. However I didn't have to go see the doc every month, he put refills on the original scrip for about 3 months at a time. So original plus 2 refills before I had to see him again.

But yeah, it's all moot because clinics themselves don't hand out pills, they hand out sloppily written pieces of paper that Pharmacists have somehow figured out how to decipher. In what way does that ~ symbol that's supposed to be the doc's name look anything like anything?

 		Yeah, I hope it's a good opening entry. It makes sense that it would be though, because he said he's only gonna upload something if it's worth it...or something along those lines.
