I don't understand why Troy always updates the Twitter later than he should. It's always like the morning after the entry is posted. Why?

In this case it was just ridiculous, seeing as the entry came out 4 days ago. There's been a couple cases where he didn't even update the Twitter at all. So why do it this time?

Not that I really care THAT much, it's just the way he does it doesn't make any sense to me.
