It's really not that hard. I figured out how to cut and make title screens in Windows Movie Maker in 3 minutes. There are generally buttons for both of those things.

Edit: Though, I suppose you're right. Jay could've done it that night, and just got worst as time went on. He did look pretty out of it anyway, though.

Hmm, let's put things in perspective. I'm assuming the actual Operation occured on June 7th, which is the day the coded tweet was tweeted. It was uploaded 2 days later, with a VERY tired J at the end of the video. So we don't know if it was Tim or Jay who uploaded the video.

This tweet was tweeted July 1st (CANADA DAY woot woot). It's been 24 days since then. Since Tim mentioned "Jay's kind of been out of it since we got away from that house", he's clearly suffering. Probably some time during those 24 days, Jay was able to focus for a bit, realizing what's going on, then tells Tim the twitter password (possibly youtube password as well) as a "just incase" kind of thing.

At least we know that Tim is safe, and more easily confirms that Operator shifted his focus from Tim to Jay.

Tim never actually said when Jay gave him the password. I was under the impression that Jay told him when they both left Rosswood, cause that would make sense as a good time to share that information. They just didn't tell us that happened because it wasn't important until now.

Tim is as bad at Twitter now as Jay was in season 1. Apparently in the MH world, Twitter has a learning curve.

They just noticed it now? Damn, now I'm imagining Tim sleeping on a worn sofa in the lobby of a mental hospital where they're treating Jay for psychosis, worrying his sideburns off while knitting Jay a sweater, so consumed with empathy that they didn't even check on their Twitter/YouTube... I like that. But not in-game.

I don't blame them. Jay's obviously not in the right condition to use a computer (unless he's recovered), and the Twitter account isn't Tim's first concern.

I kind of expected a tweet like that being late. I mean, we know that Jay surely checks his accounts more often because he has been hacked more than once, but I'm pretty sure Tim is not concerned about this that much.

Also, the fact that Tim is the one posting in the Twitter account tells us that Jay is still "out of it" and I find this pretty unnerving. Was that Operator attack that bad for Jay that is taking him more than a month to recover?

I know a lot of people who only check their Internet accounts once or twice a week. As an Internet junkie, I don't understand it and it drives me insane, but I guess some people have real lives less time than others. Tim DEFINITELY has bigger things to worry about, though in the future he may (like Jay) begin to check things more often.

I hope he knows how to change the password. Maybe somebody should tell him IG...XD
