You guys, I feel really bad. I told Jay before they went to the house that he was gonna get operated on, and he did. Sad

Two weeks? It's been well over a month since Jay and Tim's encounter with the Operator in Entry #72, and Jay's still "out of it." If you ask me, this is beyond ridiculous now, and the story better somehow explain it and not just brush it off as no big deal.

Oops, yes. I know it has been more than a month (and this is what I wanted to write, but at the same time I was thinking about the time the last entry was and I messed it all when writing the comment. I will edit it Wink

It once took him seven months to recover.

But it actually only took him one night to recover from that.

He got full on attacked and probably taken to the operator's dimension like Tim did that one time. It took Tim a couple of weeks to recover from that, didn't it?

So that's why Jay suddenly vanished from the couch. Shocked

EDIT: And the reason he couldn't remember it is because he dropped his camera.

He wasn't recovering from anything, though. He was actually fine and healthy that whole time. It's just that he didn't remember those last seven months, and during that time, he was "laying low," which is why he wasn't uploading entries.

I don't blame them. Jay's obviously not in the right condition to use a computer (unless he's recovered), and the Twitter account isn't Tim's first concern.

What is Tim constantly focused on that he doesn't have time to check stuff on the internet, though? Aren't Tim and Jay just traveling together now, hiding from Alex and all that stuff? It's not like they're occupying all of their time sleuthing around searching for clues.

A part of the conflict they are in takes place on the internet, so it just seems weird that they wouldn't check anything out of principle. I mean, I guess it could be hard to get a wifi signal or whatever. I don't know their situation. I just wonder about these things.

Tim wasn't exactly jumping for joy when he learned that Jay was documenting all this on the Internet. Posting a tweet isn't at the top of his To Do list, and I think he'd much rather keep this whole ordeal private. But then again, he has the Twitter password now and took the time to post a grand total of two tweets... so who knows?

And who says that they're not looking for clues? We don't know their exact locations, Entry #69 and #72 being the exceptions (and possibly Entry #73, if that was Jay in the house. Which I doubt). They could have went anywhere, even back to the hotel. The only reason they wouldn't bring it up is because they don't want to reveal their whereabouts, and they probably didn't find anything significant.

To be fair, it has been long established that in game time and the time between entries aren't synchronous. Who knows, though, maybe we'll have some text narration from Tim narrating Jay's illness over the last month or so in the next entry?
